ENCROACHMENT ON REPUBLIKA SRPSKA INSTITUTIONS’ COMPETENCIES UNDERMINES DAYTON-BASED BiH

SARAJEVO, MARCH 30 /SRNA/ – Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Sanja Vulić told SRNA that the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH's decisions, which unfoundedly encroach on the Republika Srpska institutions' competencies, leave increasingly less room for interpreting them as matters of law, while instead pointing to a continuous and intensive process of dismantling the Dayton-based BiH.

Vulić says she increasingly doubts that there are law professionals within the court who understand the importance of expertise and principles. "If such an approach prevailed, decisions like these that relate to the Republika Srpska Ministry of Interior, would not even be adopted. But since the judges of the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH do not know what the law is, yet know who the order-givers of globalist remnants are, the attack on Republika Srpska is not accidental," Vulić stated. According to Vulić, it is clear that the results achieved by members of the Republika Srpska MoI attract attention and provoke jealousy in some. "However, instead of directing that energy toward attempts to dismantle the Dayton, it would be far more purposeful to draw lessons from those results, that through work, discipline and professionalism one can truly serve citizens, ensure security for all, and build institutions that enjoy public trust, rather than follow a path that leads to undermining the Dayton principles and stripping away competencies," Vulić said.
