MINIĆ: WE WILL NOT ALLOW BOSNIAK ABUSES OF TRUNCATED INSTITUTIONS TO DETRIMENT OF SRPSKA
BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 30 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić said that the entity authorities would never accept Bosniak abuses of truncated and other BiH institutions to the detriment of Srpska.
Commenting on the latest Bosniak initiatives to challenge Republika Srpska's acts banning the public display of flags and symbols of the so-called Army of BiH before the truncated Constitutional Court of BiH, Minić said that the court was truncated because there were no Serbs on it and the mandates of some of its judges had expired. "The way the social and state community of BiH functions in this form is unacceptable. We have several bodies that are artificial and hastily created and are not staffed as they should be. Therefore, they cannot rule on how we should conduct ourselves," Minić said at a news conference in Banja Luka. He assessed that the truncated Constitutional Court of BiH had so far also acted negatively towards Srpska. "I will repeat: there are judges there whose mandates have already expired, and I do not know whether some of them are physically and mentally capable of dealing with this. There are also foreigners there, and now they are supposed to decide on the display of symbols. So, everything that is happening is a classic abuse through hastily created offices, bodies and organizations established after all the abuses committed by the high representatives," Minić said.
