MINIĆ: TOMORROW WE EXPECT CONCRETE AGREEMENTS ON AGRICULTURAL COOPERATION

BANJA LUKA, JULY 22 /SRNA/ - Savo Minić, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Republika Srpska, stated that concrete agreements are expected to be reached tomorrow at a meeting in the Chamber of Commerce with the visiting delegation from Tatarstan, as agricultural producers from Srpska will also be in attendance.
During a visit to the Business Zone in Gradiška, Minić told reporters that he had already held talks today with Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan Oleg Korobchenko on forestry, fruit and vegetable production, and dairy processing, but that further details about potential partnerships and joint ventures will be presented tomorrow. Minić said he was left with a strong and positive impression after meetings with representatives from Tatarstan, noting that cooperation with the Republic of Tatarstan differs from typical engagements with Western capitalist countries. "What I found especially appealing in terms of culture and shared values are the core family and human principles that connect us. They want us to be partners in that as well, and I believe this forms a serious bond, a link through which we can establish sustainable economic cooperation," Minić assessed. He also highlighted Gradiška as a positive example of a business-friendly environment, partly due to the certificates it holds. The tour of the business zone was also attended by Vojin Mitrović, Minister of Economy and Entrepreneurship of Republika Srpska. The Tatarstan delegation, led by Deputy Prime Minister Oleg Korobchenko, is currently on a three-day visit to Republika Srpska.
