STEVANDIĆ: SRPSKA IS GETTING BETTER EVERY DAY, AS CONFIRMED BY NEW CLASS OF POLICE ACADEMY CADETS

BANJA LUKA, JULY 23 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić stated that Republika Srpska is becoming better, wealthier, more equipped, and more organised every day, which is also confirmed by the new class of Police Academy cadets who signed contracts today.

"We are witnessing one of those days that clearly demonstrate this. We are very pleased because we have not only highly trained and ethical generations of police officers, special forces personnel, and gendarmes, but also top-level equipment that they use, as well as the ability to respond immediately," Stevandić told the press in Zalužani near Banja Luka. He assessed that they are not only guardians of the heritage but also of the future. He expressed hope that technological development, equipment, and the speed at which the police need to respond will continue to be improved in the future, and that all institutions of Republika Srpska will continue to work toward creating an even faster, better equipped, and more capable police force. "I am happy that we have achieved this kind of internal human, national, and state-building consensus, which means that all of us are safe, regardless of where we work or live, because the police are fast and well equipped," Stevandić said. Today in Banja Luka, 359 cadets from the 29th class of the Police Academy signed contracts to begin their training, including 21 cadets who are being trained for the needs of the Brčko District Police.
