SERBIAN NATIONAL WHO WENT MISSING IN THE FLOODS FOUND

BELGRADE, SEPTEMBER 1 /SRNA/ - Serbian national Enisa Leković, who went missing following the devastating floods in Nepal on August 26, has been found and is safe, her daughter Ines Todorović confirmed.

She posted in the Facebook group "Trekking in Nepal" that her mother had been found and that she had received a photograph confirming this, adding that her mother was now on her way to Kathmandu. "I cannot describe the emotions I have been going through. I hope such a disaster will never happen again. I pray for Nepal and for all the families who are still searching for someone they love or have lost someone. I know what you are going through, and I am praying for you," Ines Todorović said. More than 1,000 people have been killed in the floods in Nepal and China, while around 4,000 people, including some 600 foreign nationals, are still missing.
