TIME IS REPUBLIKA SRPSKA'S ALLY IN DEFENDING DAYTON RIGHTS

BELGRADE, MARCH 6 /SRNA/ - The Director of the Eurasian Security Forum Mitar Kovač assessed that time is the ally of Republika Srpska in defending its rights under the Dayton Agreement and that this is the reason behind the hysterical reaction of the political elite in Sarajevo, which cannot accept sharing BiH with others.

"They know that the coming times will never be in their favor as the past ones were when globalist America determined all political processes in Europe," Kovač told SRNA. Kovač emphasized that time is the ally of Republika Srpska in terms of claiming its rights under the Dayton Agreement and that no one can challenge this. "The nervousness is their problem. Ultimately, we just need to be persistent and act calmly, without excesses, without disturbing the peace, as emphasized by the leadership of Republika Srpska - through the law and legal measures, and with the support of new powers, primarily the Russian Federation and America, we will complete the process of returning to the original Dayton Agreement," said Kovač. He reminded that political Sarajevo, along with biased centers of globalist power in Europe, and until recently in America, has done everything they could to narrow the scope of constitutional and original Dayton jurisdictions regarding the entities, especially Republika Srpska. Kovač said that the political elite in Sarajevo believes that all of BiH is their "domain" and that there is no ownership by the Serbian or the Croatian people. According to him, they cannot accept sharing anything with anyone and that Republika Srpska is originally the space of the Serbian people and other nations and nationalities living in that area, which was formed as a necessity and through the struggle of the Serbian people during the civil war from 1992 to 1995. "After a period of pressure and blackmailing of Serbian politicians at the expense of Republika Srpska, today we have reached a situation where the Court, Prosecutor's Office, and the so-called High Representative have become the main mechanisms used to subjugate all political subjects in Republika Srpska," said Kovač. He emphasized that it was not a coincidence that they targeted the President of Republika Srpska, who most strongly opposes the unitarization of BiH. "Their idea or methodology is that, if they break him and subjugate him to their will, and remove him from the political scene based on the power of the so-called colonial administrator imposed by Germany and without a mandate from the UN Security Council, they will use the same recipe to remove anyone from any political position in Republika Srpska," said Kovač. According to him, it is sad that some individuals from certain political parties in Republika Srpska do not understand that this is not a political internal issue or a matter of party competition, but rather a challenge for the survival and development of Republika Srpska. Kovač is convinced that if the work of the Court and Prosecutor's Office of BiH and the so-called High Representative were allowed in Republika Srpska, it would be followed by demands regarding property and the transfer of other jurisdictions from Republika Srpska to the joint institutions. "It wouldn’t stop until all functions were centralized, from the economic and industrial sphere to the police and other authorities. Simply put, Republika Srpska would remain an empty shell with no real power," said Kovač. He believes that the globalists in Europe have "overplayed" and "overestimated" themselves, and that just as they do not know how to establish the right approach to the crisis in Ukraine, they also do not have the proper approach to the crisis in BiH. "They act with an attitude, a pattern, as if there hadn't been a change in global relations in the world and as if, to a great extent, a multipolar world order had not emerged, especially with the arrival of Donald Trump and the acceptance of the position to engage in equal discussions with Russia, not only about Ukraine but also about all other important issues in Europe and the world," said Kovač. He believes it is good that the situation in BiH will be discussed in the UN Security Council at Russia's request. "This has come about due to the needs not only of the Serbian people but also of other peoples in BiH because the Bosniak Muslim elite in Sarajevo is leading BiH into a deep crisis and disintegration. Everything must be returned to the initial settings, to the Dayton powers," said Kovač. He pointed out that all the changes made to the Dayton-Paris Agreement were not done in accordance with the will of the people living in BiH, or with the international entities that gave the mandate to establish peace based on that agreement. "The Dayton Agreement cannot be changed through sub-legal acts or under the pressure of the so-called High Representative, nor through the pressure and unlawful and unconstitutional actions of the BiH Prosecutor's Office and Court," said Kovač.
