KOVAČEVIĆ: JUDGMENT AGAINST SRPSKA PRESIDENT UNPRECEDENTED IN THE WORLD

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 5 /SRNA/ – The judgment against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, is something that has never happened anywhere in the world, and such actions are designed solely as a formula for attacking the Serb people in BiH, said Radovan Kovačević, Serb deputy in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly.

Kovačević, who is also the SNSD , has reiterated that the party rejects and does not accept the shameful and unconstitutional judgment against the President of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik. "The SNSD Main Committee Presidency held sessions regarding the shameful judgment, and we adopted significant conclusions. The main conclusion is that we reject and do not accept this shameful and unconstitutional judgment. I want to remind everyone once again what was happening here. An unappointed foreigner, who operates outside the Constitution, imposed amendments to the law – again, unconstitutionally," said Kovačević. He reminded that both the Prosecutor's Office and the Court, which are not defined by the Constitution, confirmed the indictment. "A prosecutor's office, which does not exist in the Constitution, filed an indictment, and a court that is also not grounded in the Constitution confirmed that indictment against the president of Republika Srpska, who is included in the Constitution, who exists, and who holds the highest legitimacy from the citizens. In the end, he was convicted for respecting the Constitution of Republika Srpska," Kovačević told RTRS. He stated that nothing like this has ever happened anywhere in the world, and that such actions are exclusively designed as a formula for attacking the Serb people in BiH.
