DODIK: ONE CANNOT TURN A BLIND EYE TO ANTI-JEWISH PROPAGANDA

SOCHI, OCTOBER 2 /SRNA/ – The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said he was appalled by news of the attack on Jews in Manchester, stressing that, sadly, in today’s Europe there are fewer and fewer places where it is easy to be Jewish.
He added that this is yet another warning that one cannot turn a blind eye to anti-Jewish propaganda. "When in the heart of Europe, in Sarajevo, European rabbis are banned from holding a conference – that is not just a local incident, it is a message of support to anti-Jewish extremism around the world. Silence and the absence of reaction to such events only encourage extremists to commit these horrific crimes," Dodik posted on the social network X. Dodik emphasized that Serbs and Jews know what suffering means, which is why their friendship will always be a symbol of resistance to hatred and intolerance. Three people were killed in the attack near a synagogue in a Manchester suburb, including the attacker, who was shot dead in a clash with security forces. The attack took place when a man rammed his car into a crowd and then attacked people with a knife outside the synagogue. Four people were injured, three of them critically.
